RAHUL M SHANKHAR
Managing Partner
Rahul completed his B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Tamil Nadu National Law University, Trichy, India and thereafter pursued his LL.M in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. Hustling and ambitious, Rahul has a varied experience in appearing before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Civil and Criminal Courts, Tribunals constituted under special legislations, Arbitral Tribunals and Mediations in matters concerning Admiralty and Shipping Laws, Infrastructure and Construction Laws, Corporate and Company Laws, Intellectual Property, Criminal Laws, Employment Laws, Technology Law and Environmental Laws to name a few. Rahul regularly advises clients in complex litigations and multi-jurisdictional disputes across all fora.

CHANDINI PRADEEP KUMAR
Senior Partner
Chandini holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from O.P. Jindal Global University. Being a first generation lawyer, following her graduation in 2018, she immediately immersed herself in full-time litigation practice. She represents clients across a wide range of challenging cases before various High Courts, District Courts, Commercial Courts, and tribunals under special legislation across jurisdictions. She handles a diverse civil and commercial litigation practice including matters pertaining to arbitration laws, land disputes and real estate, contract law, tender disputes, consumer laws, partition suits, and intellectual property wherein her domain expertise lies. Chandini undertakes seasoned transactional and advisory assignments concerning commercial contracts and conveyancing. She has also been actively involved in public interest litigations before the Madras High Court, with a particular focus on advocating for gender justice.​​

KARTHIK SELVARAJ

Admitted to the Bar in 2014, Karthik brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience across litigation, arbitration, and corporate advisory work. As an LL.M. International Scholarship recipient from Cardiff University, he has gained valuable international exposure to commercial litigation across multiple jurisdictions, including India and England.
Karthik possesses extensive expertise in Intellectual Property law, IP portfolio management, Arbitration, Insolvency, and Company law, offering clients a strategic and globally informed perspective. He has advised leading FMCG companies on managing complex IP portfolios and disputes, and has successfully overseen more than 1,000 trademark, design, copyright, and patent filings across multiple jurisdictions. Karthik also has significant experience handling high-value arbitration and corporate law matters, providing clients with practical, results-driven solutions to complex legal challenges.
Karthik regularly appears before the Madras High Court, Delhi High Court, Hyderabad High Court, and the Supreme Court of India. He also frequently represents clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Green Tribunal (NGT), National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), and the Competition Commission of India (CCI).
